The Maintenance Service Process

Client calls one number for all of their maintenance needs
A 3D Properties representative identifies, troubleshoots and diagnoses the problem.
An approved 3D Properties Service Provider is available to perform the required work and respond quickly to any anticipated or unforeseen assignment that may arise. Our ability to handle aggressive schedules will not be a concern. Each individual working on this project is ideally suited for the work, with a clear understanding of the type of work and the scope of the work. There are no learning curves.
